Professor Aya Suzuki of our department has been appointed as the Senior Vice-Rector of the United Nations University.

On June 24, the United Nations University announced the appointment of Professor Aya Suzuki as the next Senior Vice-Rector.

Professor Suzuki is scheduled to assume the position on October 1, 2025, and will also serve as Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations.
